Itinerary: 3 Days / 2 Nights

DAY 1: IQUIQUE

• Reception at the airport in Iquique and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, city tour through the beaches along Cavancha Peninsula, (Brava and Primeras Piedras). On the way it is possible to observe buildings from Chilean Nitrate mine days (1880-1920), located on Balmaceda Ave and Baquedano Ave, where you can also find Astoreca Palace, Regional Museum, Municipal Theatre and Spanish Centre. Then, visit the quay where you will find the remains of Arturo Prat, a naval hero. The Naval Museum contains important details about Iquique's Naval Battle as well as other epic Chilean naval battles. Return to the hotel in Iquique. Accommodation in Iquique.

DAY 2: IQUIQUE / HUMBERSTONE / PINTADO / LA TIRANA / MATILLA / IQUIQUE

• (Breakfast - Box Lunch)
• A morning departure through the “pampas” visiting the former nitrate mine office of Humberstone (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), to discover the white gold era. Then, visit the Geoglifos de Pintados (geoglyphs) which are true masterpieces of pre-Colombian art. On the hillsides there are more than 400 figures, gathered together in "panels" or thematic groups. They represent humans, animals, birds and abstract drawings, which all together form the most important archaeological heritage site. Afterwards, visit the village and sanctuary of La Tirana where an important celebration takes place every July 16. The journey continues to Matilla Town which dates back to 1760. Return to the hotel in Iquique. Accommodation in Iquique.

DAY 3: IQUIQUE

• Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time transfer to the airport to board your flight.
